ADCO focuses its efforts on environmental consultants, drilling companies, and engineering firms. These companies’ customers include major oil companies such as BP, Chevron, Exxon Mobile, and Southland (7-11). These consultants and drilling companies must adhere to regulations provided by their clients in regards to potholing and that’s where we come in. Client
Case Study

Background:

A client is designing a 5 mile long domestic water main upgrade. Part of the design is figuring out what other utilities may be in conflict with the new water main. Using air vacuum excavation (potholing) techniques, the client can easily manage all of the other utilities in the area.

Risk:

If potholing is not used or done by conventional excavation methods at the time of construction, utilities in conflict may be damaged or broken leading to excess downtime and unscheduled repairs. This becomes an expensive oversight.

ADCO Solution:

ADCO can assess the clients situation ahead of time, use our experience in subsurface utility engineering (SUE) and provide fast, efficient, safe, and cost saving measures to identify all conflicting utilities ahead of time. This will save the client money in the long run, and assure the project will be completed on time.
